HPTLC facility of IBSD is equipped with Linomat 5 autosampler, sprayer, TLC Visualizer and scanner. The Linomat 5 is controlled by visionCATS, the new generation of HPTLC software.TLC scanner measures the reflection of separated compounds in absorption and/or fluorescence mode.
This facility is used for phytochemical analysis, herbal drug quantification and finger print analysis.
